Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. CRM Specialist to own and drive our CRM strategy, systems, and performance across a diverse, multi-brand portfolio. You will manage CRM architecture and workflows, lead lead-to-customer lifecycle optimization, and partner closely with sales, marketing, and technology teams to improve data quality, automation, and conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end CRM strategy, configuration, and administration across multiple brands and business units
- Design and optimize lead-to-customer lifecycle workflows, pipelines, and stages within the CRM
- Set up and manage automation rules, lead scoring, assignment logic, and follow-up sequences
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to define CRM requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Monitor CRM data quality, ensure clean, consistent, and de-duplicated records across all brands
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking lead funnel, conversion rates, and sales team performance
- Lead integration of CRM with third-party tools including ad platforms, WhatsApp/telephony systems, and marketing automation tools
- Train and support sales and marketing teams on CRM usage, updates, and best practices
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current CRM processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related escalations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
- Mentor junior CRM/ops team members and support cross-brand CRM rollouts
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience managing CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or similar)
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM configuration, workflow automation, and pipeline design
- Proven experience managing CRM across multiple brands, business units, or high lead-volume environments
- Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, lead scoring, and conversion optimization
- Experience building reports and dashboards for sales/marketing performance tracking
- Working knowledge of API-based or native integrations between CRM and third-party tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with AI-driven CRM or sales automation tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
- Experience in a multi-brand, conglomerate, or fast-scaling startup environment
- Exposure to marketing automation and performance marketing workflows
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small CRM/ops team

To own and continuously strengthen CRM systems, data, and processes across the EBG Group portfolio, ensuring accurate lead tracking, efficient sales workflows, and measurable improvements in conversion and customer lifecycle management.

You will have significant influence over how leads are managed and converted across the organization, with direct visibility to business and leadership stakeholders.
