About the Role :
Sudha Prime Realty is looking for talented and self-driven Digital Marketing Executives to join our team. This opportunity is designed for individuals who are confident in their marketing skills and are looking for long-term career growth.
First Month – Performance Evaluation Period
The first month will be a freelance evaluation period, not a permanent employment period.
During this evaluation:
- No salary will be provided.
- No advertising budget will be provided by the company.
- No reimbursement for advertising or campaign expenses will be provided during the first month.
- Candidates are expected to work independently and demonstrate their digital marketing skills.
- The primary evaluation task is to successfully promote US-based products and achieve measurable results.
Your performance will be assessed based on campaign strategy, lead generation, conversions, creativity, communication, and overall execution.
Permanent Employment :
Candidates who successfully meet the company's performance standards during the evaluation period may be offered a permanent full-time position.
Salary (After Successful Qualification) :
- ₹25,000 – ₹65,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
- Advertising budget for company campaigns Reimbursement of approved business expenses as per company policy
