Electrical Maintenance Executive
Black Masterbatch Division
We are looking for a skilled and disciplined Electrical Maintenance Executive for our Black Masterbatch manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, machine reliability, and spare parts management.
The role requires strong shop-floor involvement and systematic maintenance planning.

Electrical Maintenance Executive
Experience Required
- 3–10 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience in manufacturing plants mandatory
- Experience in masterbatch/plastics/polymer industry preferred
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance
- Handle complete electrical maintenance of plant machinery and utilities
- Perform:
- Preventive maintenance
- Predictive maintenance
- Breakdown maintenance
- Ensure minimum machine downtime
Machine & Utility Knowledge
Knowledge preferred in:
- Twin screw extruders
- Kneader systems
- Pelletizers
- Feeders
- Mixers
- Cooling systems
- Control panels
- Motors
- Drives
- PLC systems
- Sensors
- Electrical panels
Maintenance Planning
- Develop and maintain:
- Maintenance schedules
- PM checklists
- Breakdown reports
- Machine history records
- Ensure proper execution of scheduled maintenance activities
Spare Parts Management
- Monitor critical spare parts inventory
- Maintain spare stock records
- Identify low stock situations
- Coordinate procurement requirements before shortages occur
Troubleshooting & Reliability
- Diagnose machine faults and electrical failures
- Reduce recurring breakdowns through root cause analysis
- Improve machine reliability and operational uptime
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure electrical safety standards are followed
- Maintain safe maintenance practices throughout the plant

Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field
