We are looking for an experienced and passionate PGT English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise and the ability to inspire senior school students in language, literature, communication, and critical thinking through engaging and student-centered teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for senior secondary students.
- Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- Teach literature, poetry, prose, drama, and critical text analysis.
- Develop students’ creative writing, academic writing, public speaking, and analytical skills.
- Prepare students for board examinations, internal assessments, and academic competitions.
- Design lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, projects, and assessment materials.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback and academic support.
- Encourage classroom discussions, debates, presentations, and literary activities.
- Integrate digital tools, multimedia resources, and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Maintain student records, lesson documentation, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with school leadership, parents, and fellow educators to support student development.
- Participate in curriculum planning, school events, literary clubs, and professional development programs.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience teaching senior secondary students in Central Board of Secondary Education, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, Cambridge Assessment International Education, or other recognized curricula.
- Strong academic background in English language and literature.
- Passion for mentoring students and creating an engaging learning environment.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
