We are looking for a skilled Medical Lab Technician to perform laboratory testing, maintain quality standards, and ensure accurate reporting of diagnostic results. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory and a strong understanding of laboratory procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, and Immunology.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Record, validate, and report test results accurately using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
- Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality control, biosafety, and infection control protocols.
- Monitor laboratory inventory and report equipment issues when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment, quality standards, and clinical laboratory procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
