Job Summary
Undertake workshop activities involving the maintenance and servicing of complete Wireline Pressure Control Equipment (PCE), Coiled Tubing PCE, Flowline, SSP, and Wireline/Slickline logging units. Perform tasks in accordance with written job instructions, engineering drawings, quality management systems, and company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Key Responsibilities
Goods-In Inspection
- Prepare the goods-in checklist following the visual inspection of received goods.
- Conduct visual inspections in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Equipment Handling
- Disassemble equipment as per approved procedures and drawings.
- Assemble equipment in accordance with approved procedures and drawings.
- Perform pressure testing as per established procedures and drawings.
Communication and Coordination
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in a professional manner.
- Liaise with the Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
Quality and Compliance
- Plan and perform all activities in compliance with quality requirements, standards, and work instructions.
- Ensure all duties and responsibilities are executed in a controlled and timely manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and workplace procedures.
Asset and Information Management
- Exercise due care in handling company and client property.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all company and client information.
Housekeeping and Professional Conduct
- Keep work areas clean and organized to reflect professionalism and uphold company standards of quality.

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the oil & gas or industrial manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with pressure control equipment, including assembly and inspection.
