Hold day-to-day operational accountability for all active projects: engineering, site execution, calibration, and services.
Oversee and direct the Project Controller, PLC/SCADA Lead, SITC/EPC Site Supervisor, and Calibration & Services Lead.
Review and approve project execution plans, engineering deliverables, and site plans before mobilisation.
Monitor project schedules, costs, and quality across the portfolio; escalate critical risks to the MD immediately.
Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering, site, SCM, and project control teams.
Ensure all engineering and site activities comply with applicable IEC, ISA, ISO standards and client specifications.
Provide technical guidance and engineering authority on critical design decisions and site escalations.
Support the BD and Proposal team with technical review and input on high-value or complex bids.
Review resource deployment across active projects and optimise allocation to meet delivery targets.
Conduct regular project review meetings with the Project Controller and functional leads; report consolidated status to MD.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and safety across all engineering and site teams.
Adhere to the MASPL ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System; follow all QMS-defined processes, maintain records and documents as required by the QMS, and support continual improvement of the system.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
