Job Summary:
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire PVC vinyl flooring production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves managing production teams, coordinating with other departments, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the PVC vinyl calendar production line.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing production processes and reducing waste.
- Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and raw material usage to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is regularly serviced and operational.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the PVC or Textile, Rubber industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in Calendaring machines process
- In-depth understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
