Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks while learning about workplace policies and professional practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Help with payroll, attendance, and leave records
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports, documents, and presentations
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information
- Support daily HR administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
