This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali for a Receptionist cum telecaller.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound call, maintain customer relations and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutons.
- Follow up up on lead generated through our marketing compaigns.
- Strong phone etiqutte and expertise in general Receptionist duties
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Empathetic listerner, solution-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
