Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Interior with 3–5 years of experience in handling interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with contractors, quality control, project scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of interior works while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior site activities.
- Execute interior fit-out works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within timelines.
- Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Manage manpower deployment and subcontractor activities.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to site regulations.
- Maintain project documentation and daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate final handover and snag rectification activities.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of interior execution and fit-out works.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and project layouts.
- Project planning and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and billing.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and project reporting tools.
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hospital, commercial or corporate interior projects preferred.
- Experience handling multiple sites will be an added advantage.
