About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Marketing & HR Intern to join our team for a summer internship. This is a dual-exposure role designed for final-year BBA or MBA students who want hands-on, real-world experience in both talent acquisition and brand growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Growth (50%)
- Assist in developing and executing digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content for social media handles and professional networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, or corporate campaigns.
Human Resources & Talent Acquisition (50%)
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews).
- Assist with employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Coordinate internal team-building activities and help foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks and coordinate between departments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing the final year of an MBA or BBA (specialization in HR, Marketing, or General Management preferred).
- Availability: Ready for a full-time summer internship (typically 2–3 months).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with social media tools.
- Traits: Proactive, eager to learn, highly collaborative, and capable of handling multi-task environments.
