Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our hotel/restaurant. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring hospitality staff, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel/restaurant positions such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Kitchen, Steward, Chef, and Management staff.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct interviews, schedule line interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
Handle onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMIS data.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Address employee grievances and support disciplinary processes.
Organize employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment and attrition data.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
