Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing & SEO)
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–6 years of experience to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns and drive technical SEO initiatives. The role involves handling multi-channel paid campaigns, improving website performance, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms to drive leads and conversions.
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing activities including audience targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to site performance, indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement SEO best practices.
- Set up and manage tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking systems.
- Analyze campaign and user behavior data to generate actionable insights and improve ROI.
- Create performance reports and present insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members when required.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Solid understanding of Technical SEO and website optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Good to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Local SEO.
- Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
- Knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.

- Improved ROAS, reduced CPL/CPA, and increased conversions.
- Growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings.

- Accurate tracking, reporting, and high client satisfaction.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
