About the Role
Ramsons Perfumes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement activities, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure the timely availability of materials required for production and business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience in handling purchase processes in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete procurement cycle, from purchase requisition to order closure.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
- Obtain quotations, compare vendor offers, and negotiate prices and commercial terms.
- Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with production, stores, warehouse, and finance teams for procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries, pending orders, and quality issues.
- Arrange transportation and coordinate logistics for incoming materials when required.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare procurement reports and MIS as required by management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchase, or Supply Chain, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, or perfume industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Tally ERP, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing procurement will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and procurement activities simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
