We are hiring an Amazon Account Manager to handle day-to-day marketplace operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon seller account operations
- Listing creation, updates, and catalog management
- Handle orders, returns, and customer-related issues
- Monitor account health and policy compliance
- Coordinate installation/service support with customers
- Work on Excel reports and data management
- Follow up on tickets, escalations, and operational issues
- Manage inventory-related coordination when required
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good English communication skills
- Responsible and able to handle tasks independently
- Basic experience in Amazon/E-commerce preferred
