We are looking for freshers, trainees and experienced candidates who can communicate with customers professionally and manage calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and client follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Reply to client messages and emails
- Explain company services to customers
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details
- Support sales and technical teams
- Schedule meetings and demo calls
- Handle basic customer complaints and queries
- Share daily work reports with management
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic Hindi and English speaking ability
- Computer and internet knowledge
- WhatsApp and email handling skills
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour
