About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Experience & Sales team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide a smooth, professional customer experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Drive sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers and convert opportunities into sales.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Meet individual and team sales/customer experience targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the relevant systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and overall sales performance.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with sales targets, upselling, or cross-selling is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Jaipur.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, D2C, jewellery, luxury, or a similar customer-focused industry will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate is confident, customer-oriented, commercially driven, and able to balance excellent service with sales objectives. Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction are essential.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
