1. Brief about the position
A Senior HR Recruiter drives an organization's talent acquisition strategy by managing end-to-end recruitment. They partner directly with leadership to define hiring needs, source top-tier talent, mentor junior recruiters, and optimize hiring metrics using advanced Applicant Tracking
2. Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment & Planning:
Workforce Planning: Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
Job Profiling: Design and update comprehensive job descriptions and establish candidate evaluation criteria.
Employer Branding: Advocate for the company brand to attract passive candidates and build a continuous talent pipeline.
Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation:
Talent Sourcing: Leverage professional networks, specialized platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and industry events to hunt for high-caliber professionals.
Screening: Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct in-depth competency and behavioral interviews, and assess cultural fit.
Process Management: Guide candidates through the interview stages while ensuring a seamless and positive applicant experience
Stake Holder and Team management
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between hiring managers and applicants, providing expert advice on the job market and salary benchmarks.
Mentorship: Coach, train, and guide junior recruiters and resources on best practices in recruiting.

Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations, draft employment offers, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Metrics & Analytics: Track recruiting KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to refine recruitment procedures and improve hiring efficiency.
