Job Description - SAP FICO Senior Consultant
The ideal candidate, have a proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP
Finance & Controlling module with excellent knowledge of business processes and best
practices in Retail Electronics industry.
As an SAP FICO consultant, the candidate will be the subject matter expert and in S/4 HANA
FI & CO modules, with in-depth knowledge of Finance processes. Will be responsible for
understanding business requirements, documenting requirements and providing solutions.
Objectives of this role
\u2022 Understanding the current Business Process on FI/CO Module
\u2022 Responsible for preparing Test Scripts based on Business Process Master List (BPML)
for FI/CO Module
\u2022 Validation of existing FI/CO masters & preparation of master data for Testing
\u2022 Responsible for Unit Testing & Integration Testing
\u2022 Responsible for testing & validating the Fiori Apps for FI/CO Module
\u2022 Worked closely with finance Sale stakeholders to ensure all finance related scenarios
are tested thoroughly and documented.
\u2022 Documenting Test results, preparation of User Manual, Issue Logs.
\u2022 Participate in project meetings and give regular updates to project stakeholders.
\u2022 Monitoring & Validation of all background Jobs.
\u2022 Resolve issues from stores, DCs, and Service Centres on financial transactions
\u2022 Clear queue failures, stuck IDocs, update status errors
Required skills and qualifications
\u2022 Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 10 -12 years as SAP FICO consultant with:
\u2022 At least 10 years of SAP FI & 2 Years in CO. Functional experience in Retail Industry
process (Wholesales, POS Sales, Online Sales).
\u2022 At least 1 end to end ECC, S/4HANA SAP IS Retail implementation working as SAP FICO

\u2022 Must work on Rollout and Support Projects
\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\u2022 Ability to work individually and collaborate with a team.
\u2022 Follow best practices and SAP functionality in system

\u2022 Worked on AP, AR, GL, Closing, Budgeting, Asset, CAPEX Budget, Bank/Treasury
Accounting, Product Costing, Cost center/Profit Center accounting, IFRS standards,
Country Tax localization
\u2022 Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide
appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer
requirements
\u2022 Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
\u2022 Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary
product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
\u2022 Good Understanding knowledge on SD/MM/EWM/WM/POS/Ecommerce, Integrations
with FICO Module
\u2022 Good knowledge in SAP and other 3rd party system integration
\u2022 Good to have Knowledge in S/4 HANA Activate Methodology.
\u2022 Good to have Knowledge in Vistex Rebate Management
\u2022 Good to have knowledge in activating the Standard Fiori Apps of FICO
\u2022 Certification in SAP Finance & Controlling module is added advantage
\u2022 Working in Retail/Electronics industry is added advantag
