Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for initiating conversations with potential clients and generating qualified sales meetings for the Business Development team. The SDR will work with pre-researched and verified contact lists provided by the Lead Generation team and focus on outreach, engagement, and meeting scheduling. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle high-volume outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Outreach
- Conduct outbound outreach to decision-makers in US companies via:
- Phone calls
- Email campaigns
- LinkedIn messaging
- Introduce IT staffing and consulting services to potential clients.
Prospect Engagement
- Initiate conversations with hiring managers and technology leaders.
- Understand client hiring needs and technology staffing challenges.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs and alignment with company services.
Meeting Scheduling
- Schedule discovery meetings between qualified prospects and Business Development Managers.
- Coordinate meeting availability and maintain calendar scheduling.
Pipeline Development
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM system.
- Track responses, follow-ups, and engagement status.
- Ensure timely follow-up with interested prospects.
Collaboration with Sales Team
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to support client acquisition efforts.
- Share prospect insights and conversation outcomes.
Key Activities in the Role

Tools & Platforms You will regularly use:
- CRM platforms (Ceipal or similar)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development
- Experience working with US clients or international markets preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable conducting high-volume outbound calls
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
