About the Role
A1 Apps is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional who has hands-on experience scaling consumer mobile apps through paid acquisition. This role requires someone who can independently own campaigns, drive experimentation, and improve key growth metrics across Android and iOS platforms.
Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end user acquisition for consumer mobile apps across Google UAC and Meta. Plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns to achieve acquisition and revenue goals. Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels. Continuously optimize CAC, CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates. Manage campaigns across Android and iOS ecosystems. Work closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to identify growth opportunities. Monitor campaign performance and present actionable, data-backed insights. Drive growth across India and international markets through structured experimentation. Mandatory Requirements 3–7 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience. Strong expertise in Google UAC / App Campaigns. Strong expertise in Meta Ads. Experience managing consumer mobile app acquisition campaigns. Experience working on both Android and iOS platforms. Strong understanding of CAC, CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Attribution, and Funnel Optimization. Proven experience scaling campaigns with measurable business impact. Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, Adjust, or Branch. Strong analytical and experimentation mindset. Preferred Requirements Experience with Apple Search Ads. Experience working on subscription-based or monetized apps. Exposure to US or other Tier-1 international markets. Experience with Google Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen. Exposure to additional acquisition channels such as TikTok, DSPs, Programmatic, Reddit, Snapchat, or Influencer Marketing. Preferred Background
Candidates from consumer app companies such as Gaming, Fintech, OTT, Utility, Content, EdTech, HealthTech, or large B2C mobile app businesses will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
