- Market Analysis: Monitor price trends, market volatility, and availability factors for specific chemicals.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors.
- Cost Optimization: Perform cost benchmarking and scenario analysis to reduce overall expenses.
Quality & Compliance Management
- Regulatory Documentation: Collect and verify Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and Certificates of Origin.
- Quality Control: Ensure incoming chemical materials meet exact manufacturing and ISO standards.
- Non-Conformance Tracking: Manage logs for defective or sub-standard materials and coordinate returns.
Inventory & Operations Coordination
- Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with production, R&D, and planning teams to align purchasing schedules with factory needs.
- Supply Continuity: Mitigate supply chain risks by maintaining backup vendors and planning for delivery delays.
- Import Coordination: Handle logistics, shipping documents, and customs clearance for international chemical shipments
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
