We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Student Counsellor & Coordinator to guide students regarding career-oriented training programs, admissions, and placement opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a student-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and social media platforms
- Counsel students regarding courses, certifications, career opportunities, placements, and fee structures
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
- Coordinate the complete admission and onboarding process
- Maintain and update lead records, inquiry data, and admission reports
- Support batch coordination, student engagement, and communication activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, alumni, and parents
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth student management
- Conduct regular follow-ups for pending inquiries and fee collections
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, placement drives, and career guidance sessions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Student Counseling, Admissions, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or related roles
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Strong convincing, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Meet, and Zoom
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Educational Counseling
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
