We are currently established in India, Singapore, Thailand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Taiwan etc. About the role Lenskart is a fast paced growing organization with dynamic pricing used to maximize on conversion for incoming visitors across online & offline channels. This role is Business Tech and is operational in nature. Here technical changes are to be done to support Business, to increase revenue. This is not a Core Tech Role. This role includes: Doing Frontend Changes for App, MSite, Desktop. Making HTML, CSS, Javascript based pages Managing Products & Lens Packages Managing Discounting Structure Taking major Sale Campaigns lives What you will get to learn here: How major campaigns - Eyeconic Sale, End of Season Sale, Buy 1 Get 1 Free and other Big Sales & Offers are derived across Ecommerce How different teams coordinate among themselves - Catalog Team, Tech Team, Business Team & deliver a perfectly running website How Global business runs - there are certain products, offers, campaigns which are country specific. How to manage those. Everything you see in site - what was the decision process behind it What is excepted from candidate: Responsibility, Ownership & Intent to Work is a must. Responsiveness - Have to be available as most of the tasks are very time-sensitive. Also queries from Stores/CS Agents are to be solved realtime Strong Logical Thinking to make rules Openness to learn new Panels Communication should be good. Will be required to talk to various business heads. Optimisations include: There are multiple systems for making these configurations available, for being proficient in making these changes person needs to be well versed and willing to learn: Bridge Microsoft Excel HTML, CSS, Javascript Person will be further responsible for ensuring sanctity of these changes via: Building automation via tools like selenium to automatically test changes deployed Manual testing for key test cases on deployment Ability to analyze impact of changes Working Schedule: Person will be working standard: 5 days a week, 9 hours / day 2 weekly off-s will be there. There will be a roster system, so for some days Sat Sun might be working, but alternate off will be given for those 2 days In essence, this team will be responsible for Implementing UI changes, campaigns, lens packages, pricing and catalog changes through various in house tools Providing real time support & resolution to stores for any queries related to pricing Building automation to make systems more proactive
