Role & Responsibilities :-
- Drive sales growth and manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to assess feasibility, prepare quotations, and finalize pricing.
- Ensure timely submission, review, and approval of quotations, indents, and SAP reports.
- Handle payment follow-ups, export invoicing, and customer dispatch communication.
- Manage customer relationships, resolve commercial/technical complaints, and address enquiries.
- Analyze market trends to support forecasting and business planning.
- Oversee import–export documentation, compliance, EBRC generation, and record maintenance.
- Identify and mitigate documentation risks while improving process efficiency.
- Provide induction and on-the-job training to new team members.
- Monitor, maintain, and review KRAs and support team performance.
- Promote employee engagement, teamwork, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,347.50 - ₹20,000.00 per month
