Key Responsibilities:
- Talk with customers about holiday packages
- Understand customer travel needs and suggest suitable trips
- Explain package details, prices, and offers clearly
- Help customers with booking and payment process
- Follow up with customers and answer their questions
- Coordinate with the team for smooth booking process
- Update customer and booking details in the system
- Support customers before and after booking
- Stay updated on new travel packages and offers
- Build good relationships with customers for repeat bookings
Requirements
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience in Sales / Travel Sales can apply
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Should speak fluently in any one language:
- Marathi / Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam / Gujarati / Rajasthani
- Experience in customer handling and sales conversion
- Ability to explain holiday packages and travel plans clearly
- Confident in talking with customers and closing sales
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to handle customer follow-ups and queries
- Team player with interest in travel and tourism industry
- Willing to relocate to Hyderabad
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
