Designation: Sales Executive
Job Location: Mumbai.
Department: Sales and Business Development
Direct Reporting To: GM or NSM
Job Purpose: Set & achieve sales target, develop new markets and territories as per the organizational objectives
Responsibilities:
- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers;
- Creating sales goals, strategy for the given product, territories.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets
- Planning and organizing sales call schedule. Create Sales MIS
- Develop and nurture Key accounts.
- To lead presentations & product demonstrations for company.
- Ensure credit control/recovery of outstanding dues from customers on time.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
Requisite Skills:
- Candidate should have minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction/ coating chemicals and polymer emulsions, working experience is preferred.
- Have a great ability to think critically, understand customer needs and solve problems.
- Confident, assertive and having excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent client-interfacing skills.
- Computer literacy. Should be well versed with MS office application like word, excel, and power point.
- Should be ready to travel Pan India and do business development.
- Maintain Data and Present it whenever required.
- Must have a two-wheeler and the relevant documents with it as the candidate would be required to travel locally.

Education:
BSC Graduate Preferred
