Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Executive to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, monitoring process performance, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily manufacturing/production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and Planning teams.
- Monitor manpower, machines and material utilization.
- Maintain daily production reports, process records and other required documentation.
- Identify production issues and coordinate for timely corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, 5S and safety procedures.
- Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Monitor rejection, rework, wastage and downtime and assist in reducing them.
- Ensure proper availability and utilization of raw materials and consumables.
- Assist in production planning, scheduling and order execution.
- Maintain ERP/MIS entries and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Support internal audits and implementation of quality and safety requirements.
Required Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and ERP/SAP will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and basic quality tools preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at the Nashik–Igatpuri location and in shifts, if required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, automotive, chemical or similar industrial sectors.
- Good understanding of production documentation and shop-floor discipline.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
- Strong team coordination and follow-up skills.
