SGK Business Support Services is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle client inquiries, provide timely support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or support systems
- Provide accurate information about services, processes, and timelines
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
