Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Associates who is confident, professional, and customer-focused. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them throughout their loan journey by answering queries, following up on applications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with loan-related queries and application updates.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and required information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Build long-term relationships through excellent customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, BPO, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi. Other native languages is an added advantage.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with prior experience in Banking, NBFCs, Loan Processing, Insurance, Financial Services, Customer Success, or BPOs will be preferred.
