Job Summary
HRK Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Store Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in store operations and inventory management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock records, handling material inward and outward, ensuring proper inventory control, and supporting smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel/software.
- Handle material inward and outward with proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the purchase team about replenishment requirements.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and inventory reports.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for timely material dispatch.
- Maintain proper documentation of GRN, material issue slips, gate passes, and delivery challans.
- Follow company safety standards and housekeeping practices in the store.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store and inventory handling.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Good understanding of store documentation and reporting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Store Management/Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
Preferred Industry
- MEP, Electrical, ELV, Construction, Infrastructure, or Engineering Projects.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
