Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Head to lead and manage all site execution activities for interior and modular furniture projects. The role involves supervising site teams, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with clients and designers, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution Management
- Oversee complete site execution for interior and modular furniture projects.
- Ensure installations are completed as per approved drawings and company standards.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.
2. Team Supervision
- Lead and manage site supervisors, installers, carpenters, and subcontractors.
- Allocate manpower and monitor team productivity.
- Provide guidance and technical support to site teams.
3. Quality Control
- Ensure proper finishing, alignment, and installation quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve quality issues.
- Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification.
4. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, and clients.
- Conduct site meetings and provide project updates to management.
- Handle client concerns and ensure smooth project execution.
5. Planning & Reporting
- Plan daily and weekly site activities.
- Track material requirements and coordinate dispatch schedules.
- Prepare site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
6. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained.
- Monitor cleanliness and proper handling of materials and tools.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent site coordination and problem-solving ability

- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and modular installations
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Civil, Interior, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in interior site execution
Preferred Experience
- Experience in modular furniture and interior fit-out projects
- Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously
- Good communication skills in Hindi are preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
