Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Food & Beverage Associates to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, well-groomed, courteous, and committed to delivering excellent service. Responsibilities typically include welcoming guests, setting up dining areas, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain dishes and beverages.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to resort standards.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and service stations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor service issues professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Support buffet service, banquets, weddings, and special events.
- Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties.
Requirements
- 10+2 or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or café.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Pleasant personality and excellent grooming.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
