Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 22000 standards.
- Conduct in-process, final, and pre-dispatch inspections.
- Implement and monitor 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
- Manage CAPA for internal and external quality complaints.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits (BIS / NABL / ISO/CPCB).
Testing & Technical Expertise
Perform plastic testing including:
o Melt Flow Index (MFI)
o Tensile & Compressive Strength
o IZOD & Charpy Impact Tests
o HDT, VSP, Density, Shrinkage
o COF, Sealing, ESCR Testing
o Top Load & Burs ng Strength Tests
Operate and maintain testing equipment such as:
o UTM
o HDT & VSP Tester
o ESCR Tester
o Impact Tester (IZOD & Charpy)
o Rockwell Hardness Tester
Production & Process Monitoring
Monitor Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Compression Molding processes.
Conduct production studies and machine analysis.
Identify and resolve process and quality deviations.
Control rejection, scrap, and rework levels.
Ensure adherence to safety practices on the shop floor.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain SOPs, quality manuals, and process documentation.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Ensure proper certification and compliance documentation.
Maintain inspection and testing records as per standards.
Team Management & Coordination
Supervise quality activties during assigned shifts.
Coordinate with produc on, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and opera onal discipline.
Required Qualifications
Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing & Testing, CIPET (Preferred)
B.Sc. or equivalent in science stream
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
