Fire Alarm, CCTV & ELV Technician
Location: Oman
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and motivated Fire Alarm, CCTV & ELV Technicians to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, testing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm, CCTV, and ELV systems while ensuring work is completed to industry standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, test, and commission Fire Alarm Systems (Addressable & Conventional).
- Install and configure CCTV systems, including IP and Analog cameras.
- Carry out installation and maintenance of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.
- Perform cable laying, conduit work, termination, and labeling.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in fire alarm, CCTV, and ELV systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and project documentation.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to complete work within scheduled timelines.
- Prepare basic service reports and documentation when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in Fire Alarm, CCTV, and ELV systems.
- Strong knowledge of Addressable and Conventional Fire Alarm Systems.
- Experience with IP and Analog CCTV systems.
- Hands-on experience in cable laying, termination, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical diploma, ITI, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Preferred Qualification
- Valid Oman Driving License is an advantage.
- Candidates who obtain an Oman Driving License after joining will receive an additional salary increase of OMR 50.
