Role & responsibilities.
· Responsible for handling the customers inquiry (Voice process).
· Follow-up with customers.
· Client Relationship Management, handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
· Good communication skill.
Preferred candidate profile
· Qualification: Any Graduates.
· Proven experience in presales or customer-facing roles.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
· Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
· Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
· Experience required 1 to 5 Years
· It's 6-days working (including weekend) one week off on weekday
· Location would be HSR Layout, Bangalore.
