Ocean N Claw is looking for a dedicated and passionate Farm Manager to oversee the Production and Quality Control (QC) operations of our Crab Fattening Unit.
Min 1-2 yrs experience
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the crab fattening farm.
Monitor production activities to achieve optimum growth and yield.
Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Monitor water quality, feeding schedules, and overall crab health.
Supervise harvesting, grading, and inventory management.
Maintain production records, farm logs, and quality reports.
Implement biosecurity measures and ensure compliance with farm SOPs.
Lead and supervise farm workers to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with management on production planning and performance.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess any one of the following:
B.F.Sc. (Bachelor of Fisheries Science) (Preferred)
B.Sc. Aquaculture
M.Sc. Aquaculture / Mariculture / Coastal Aquaculture
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of crab biology and aquaculture practices.
Understanding of water quality management and disease prevention.
Experience in aquaculture, seafood farming, or crab fattening is preferred.
Strong leadership, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.
