Training Manager Ø Role & Responsibility
· Review the training needs of all the Projects.
· Design training content in coordination with Project Manager on related topics like: Medical, Compliance, PV-PC, Soft skill, Device Demo
· Design training calendar-Quarterly/Annual for all the projects basis the requirements shared by the Project Managers
· Internal Audit / Compliance management: Maintain Training Records as per the audit and Compliance requirement.
· Conduct regular training sessions for all new joinees On Field as well as Back-end Staff.
· Conduct needs-based training – Project wise on basis the feedback from the Project Manager. Conduct extra training and conduct separate sessions every month for employees identified for refresher training by the Project Managers
· Refresher Training: Conduct quarterly training for all the project-teams.
