Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager / Unit Head to oversee the daily operations of our lounge and bar outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience managing restaurant and lounge operations while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall restaurant and lounge operations including service, staff, and guest experience.
- Supervise and lead front-of-house and bar teams to maintain service standards.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Monitor sales performance, daily reports, and operational costs.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards as per company policies.
- Train, schedule, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and alcohol service regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / Unit Head.
- Experience working in lounge, bar, or nightlife hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume operations and guest relations.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and operational reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality or hotel management background preferred.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in restaurant/lounge management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
