Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Executive to manage the installation, maintenance, and servicing of industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with machinery, and the ability to provide efficient support to both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation, calibration, and maintenance of company machinery and equipment.
- Conduct technical inspections and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues.
- Coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure timely dispatch and technical support.
- Handle customer complaints or service requests by providing on-site or remote assistance.
- Maintain detailed service records, maintenance logs, and reports.
- Ensure all machinery complies with safety and operational standards.
- Work closely with the R&D and quality teams for product improvement feedback.
- Provide technical training or demonstrations to clients or internal staff as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma ITI or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in machinery servicing, installation, or maintenance (freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client site visits or installations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
