We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, building relationships, and supporting business growth initiatives. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Contact potential clients and explain company products/services.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet research.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or equivalent).
