About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Management Executive to drive the employee lifecycle after onboarding by supporting performance management, talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives across our centres. The role will work closely with business leaders, Centre HRs, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to build a high-performing workforce and create a strong employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
● Manage end-to-end performance review cycles, including KRA/KPI setting, goal tracking, review timelines, and rating consolidation.
● Coordinate performance calibration meetings to ensure consistency and fairness in employee evaluations.
● Maintain performance dashboards and analyse trends to support data-driven people decisions.
Talent Planning & Development
● Work with department heads to define role competencies and identify skill gaps. ● Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs based on performance reviews and competency gaps.
● Support Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and monitor employee development progress.
● Assist in internal job movements, promotions, and career progression initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Retention
● Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, pulse surveys, feedback mechanisms, and employee recognition activities.
● Analyse attrition trends, exit feedback, and retention metrics, and recommend improvement initiatives.
● Work closely with Centre HRs to enhance the overall employee experience across all locations.
Reporting & Coordination
● Prepare MIS reports and dashboards covering performance, succession planning, engagement, retention, promotions, and workforce metrics.
● Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to assess the quality and performance of new hires and improve hiring outcomes.
● Maintain accurate talent records, performance documentation, and people data across all centres.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
● 2–4 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Performance Management, or Learning & Development.
● Hands-on experience managing KRAs/KPIs, competency frameworks, and performance review cycles.
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with HRMS platforms is an added advantage.
● Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple business locations.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
