Job Title: Vacuum Furnace Operator (Insulated Bottle Manufacturing)
Job Purpose: The Vacuum Furnace Operator is responsible for operating high-temperature vacuum equipment to evacuate air from the space between the inner and outer walls of stainless steel bottles. This process creates the vacuum insulation required to maintain the temperature of beverages (hot or cold) for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities Machine Setup & Programming: Prepare, calibrate, and program vacuum furnace parameters, including heating cycles, hold times, and vacuum pressure levels according to product specifications.
Loading & Material Handling: Safely load assembled double-wall stainless steel bottles into the furnace chambers using specified trays and fixtures.
Evacuation & Vacuum Sealing: Operate the tailless vacuum braze technology to pump out air and seal the vacuum hole using glass beads or brazing alloy at high temperatures.
Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor pressure gauges, temperature controllers, and vacuum levels during the cycle to ensure zero air leakage.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on vacuum pumps, heating elements, chamber seals, and filters to minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting: Identify machine malfunctions, vacuum leaks, or temperature deviations and execute immediate corrective actions.
Quality Control & Testing Deformation Check: Inspect bottles post-vacuum for any structural deformation, collapsing, or dents caused by pressure changes.
Thermal Insulation Testing: Conduct initial temperature checks (such as hot water or hot air tests) to verify if the vacuum was successfully created.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
