Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can generate leads through offline channels and convert them into clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs and offering consulting-based solutions for E-commerce business growth. The candidate should be target-oriented and capable of managing end-to-end client interaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through offline channels such as cold calling, references, and local market research
- Identify potential clients and understand their business needs
- Provide consulting-based solutions for E-commerce growth and onboarding
- Convert leads into clients through effective communication and follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
- Achieve sales and conversion targets
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on performance, leads, and client feedback
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of industry trends, clients, and E-commerce ecosystem
- Knowledge of sales strategies and consulting-based selling approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
