About the Role
AERONOT FRAGRANCE is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, team leadership, customer service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
- Control operational costs and improve profitability.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
- Prepare staff schedules and oversee workforce planning.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing premium dining, café, or hospitality concepts.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
