Job Title: Business Development Executive (F) – Contract Basis
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable for an additional 6 months based on performance)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to generate business opportunities.
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
- Build and maintain a prospect database through market research and online platforms.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Support lead generation and business development activities.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist in preparing basic reports and updating CRM/lead trackers.
Desired Candidate Profiles:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and internet research.
- Confident in speaking with prospective customers over phone and email.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
