Role: AEM Technical Delivery Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AEM Technical Delivery Manager to drive technical excellence, innovation, and capability maturity across programs.
The role focuses on:
● Technical delivery management
● Program management
● Delivery governance
● Solution architecture
● Innovation across AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), including Edge Delivery Services (EDS)
● Adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI
● Team leadership and mentoring Key Responsibilities Delivery & Architecture
● 8+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale program management using Scaled Agile.
● Manage stakeholders, program governance, financial management, and end-to-end delivery.
● Strong solution architecture experience with AEM, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native systems.
● Support proposals by partnering with sales and solution teams. AEM & Edge Delivery Services (EDS)
● Drive the technical vision for: ○ AEM Sites ○ AEM Assets ○ Headless CMS ○ AEM Cloud Service ○ Edge Delivery Services (EDS)
● Follow best practices for performance, security, reusable frameworks, and accelerators. Generative AI & Agentic AI
● Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
● Apply AI across AEM use cases such as:
○ Content personalization
○ Intelligent workflow orchestration
○ Content lifecycle
○ DAM (Digital Asset Management)
○ Customer journeys
● Design and implement AI-powered accelerators. Capability Building
● Strengthen and scale the AEM Center of Excellence (CoE).
● Build AI-driven digital experience capabilities
. ● Standardize best practices and reusable assets across programs.
Quality & Governance
● Define coding standards and review mechanisms.
● Ensure delivery governance.
● Align with Adobe best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
People Leadership
● Lead, mentor, and grow AEM developers, architects, and technical leads
. ● Drive team skill transformation.
● Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
● Act as the delivery escalation point and ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of experience in digital experience platforms.
● 8+ years of hands-on experience in technical delivery for AEM/EDS solutions
. ● Strong team leadership experience, including managing teams, conducting regular reviews, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Pay: ₹783,124.58 - ₹2,093,875.13 per year
Experience:
- Digital platform: 10 years (Preferred)
- AEM/EDS solutions: 10 years (Preferred)
