About Quicklly
Quicklly partners with grocery stores to launch and manage their stores across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and others). As we scale our storefront launches, we need a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to ensure every store meets our quality and accuracy before and after going live.
Role Summary
The Quality Analyst is responsible for conducting thorough QA reviews of all stores launched by Quicklly across e-commerce platforms. This role ensures storefronts are accurate, competitively priced, visually polished, and fully functional prior to launch and continues to monitor them post-launch to catch and flag issues quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Launch QA: Perform end-to-end quality checks on every new store launched across all e-commerce platforms (Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) prior to go-live.
- Pricing Accuracy: Verify product pricing against approved pricing sheets/contracts; flag discrepancies, outdated prices, or platform-specific pricing errors (e.g., incorrect markups, missing discounts, currency issues).
- Image & Asset Quality: Review product images for resolution, correct cropping, brand guideline compliance, missing images, watermarks, and platform-specific image requirements (aspect ratio, file size, background).
- Content Accuracy: Check product titles, descriptions, bullet points, categories, and attributes for accuracy, consistency, and completeness against source/master data.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3+ years of experience in quality assurance, e-commerce operations, catalog management, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in text, images, and numbers quickly.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting QA findings.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
