About the Role
Katyayani Organics is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Offline Sales Manager to drive business growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agrochemical sales, channel development, distributor management, and offline market expansion. This role requires a professional with proven experience in building and managing dealer networks, achieving sales targets, and leading field sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned region(Bhopal, Raisen, Vidisha, Begumganj & Piparia).
- Develop, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor field sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and execute product promotions, field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and awareness campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through dealer and distributor network development.
- Support business expansion through new store, franchise, and channel partner development.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Ensure effective inventory management and coordinate purchase-related activities at stores and distribution points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At-least 3 years of experience in agrochemical, pesticide, or related agricultural input sales.
- Strong network and market knowledge within the agrochemical industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving regional sales targets and business growth.
- Experience in developing and managing distributor, dealer, retailer, and franchise networks.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively as required for business development and field operations.
- Experience building and handling a team of 50+ sales executives.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in handling multi-location sales operations.
- Proven track record in offline market expansion and channel development.
- Hands-on experience in store operations, inventory management, and distribution management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
